Wyndgate Health is an outpatient clinic specializing in the treatment of biochemical imbalances of the brain, we design personalized vitamin programs for adults and children over 3 years old to treat the symptoms of autism spectrum, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, oppositional behavior, eating disorders, chemical dependency and violence as well as memory issues including Alzheimer’s disease—all based on laboratory testing and research. Wyndgate Health is one of only a few clinics in the country that provide this approach to behavior and mood disorder treatment.

Laura McDaniel, RN and owner of Wyndgate Health, has over thirty years of nursing experience ranging from physician office to critical care nursing at a level one trauma center. This includes more than eleven years spent specializing in biomedical therapies in the areas of behavioral and mental health. Laura has trained many functional medicine practitioners working at other clinics, for example, the Pfeiffer Treatment Center and at Wyndgate Health. “I believe my call is to minister to the needs of people in a functional medicine approach using our integrative methods in a practical, caring and sensitive way.” says Laura. Laura and her husband Jack are the parents of two daughters. Separately, their daughters are successfully overcoming symptoms of bipolar disorder and ADHD with supplement programs and managing gluten and casein-free diets.

We are confident that Wyndgate Health practitioners deliver the finest functional medicine specialty care available. Additionally, our staff have advanced training from the Autism Research Institute (Clinician One and Two levels), the Functional Medicine Institute and orthomolecular medicine.
