Testimonials and notes from Wyndgate Health patients:

Client A: After years of seeing my son struggle with many health and behavior issues, we went to Wyndgate Health for their alternative treatment and are very happy with the clinic and staff and their approach. We feel that they saved my son's life and will be forever grateful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with mental or behavioral issues.

Client B: I’ve been struggling with dealing with bipolar, depression and anxiety. They have spent a year changing medications trying to fix me or get me to be a functioning person. I wasn’t able to hold a job and it was hard for me to leave the house. I didn’t feel like a real person. Since I went through Wyndgate I’ve been successful in my job, able to hang out with friends every night, and in a phenomenal mood. If you have a behavioral problem I would DEFINITELY recommend doing this!! I feel like a normal person again. (Bipolar, Anxiety, Depression)

Client C: We went here to have our daughter checked for some health concerns. The staff was very knowledgeable and showed genuine caring for her. She has shown good signs of improvement by using alternative medicine. We notice her concentration is better and her moods are also. (Mood Disorder)

Client D: We want to thank you for all you are doing to launch Wyndgate Health clinic and provide a valuable, client-focused service to our family and many other patients in your care.

Client E: “The main reason I sought out Laura [Wyndgate Health] had nothing to do with cost or location. In my opinion, she’s one of the best around. She [Laura] has some 10+ years of experience working with families. Some of you might remember Laura from her work at the Pfeiffer Treatment Center. I always found her to be intelligent, effective and good with our son’s autism. She’s seen it all. She is very clear on what can be done and what can’t.” (Autism)

Client F: “Since he was 18 months old, my son has had difficulties with stabilizing his mood and tolerance of his environment. His academic ability was severely impacted. A family member had heard of a clinic that did testing for mood disorders and was having success using supplements and diet, all natural. After so many years we were skeptical but he had become so erratic, violent and suicidal we decided to try one more time. After treatment his lab testing values are getting better each year. He’s a different boy! He smiles. He is excelling in school. He has friends. He takes his supplements daily without complaint. To me, above all else, when I could see the priceless changes after following this program is worth the efforts and cost. (Asperger’s & bipolar)

Client G: “An end to mania…an end to medication” mental illness runs in my family. In college I experienced my first manic episode. Two years later a second while a senior. Then it returned again in my early and mid-thirties. Over the course of several hospitalizations I tried various psychotropic drugs. In this period I became stable on Zyprexa, but it caused sleepiness. When my niece became psychotic, I returned to the Pfeiffer Treatment Center [but it was closed in Minnesota in 2009 by Pfeiffer. Soon after, I heard Laura McDaniel had opened the Wyndgate Health clinic.]. I am now taking several supplements under the care of the Wyndgate Health clinic and have been able to successfully reduce my Zyprexa dose with no daytime sleepiness. (Bipolar, Schizophrenia)

Client H: Last year my neuro-typical 9-year old started having some anxiety. It got so bad that he became obsessive compulsive. It went on for a month or two. I knew that he needed a biomedical investigation. Having gone through so much with my now 13 year-old ASD some years ago, I didn't want to waste time, energy and resources. I took him to see Laura McDaniel (I know her from the years she was at the Pfeiffer Treatment Center.) who, after a few quick and inexpensive tests determined that my son had a pyrrole disorder (high levels of Zinc and vitamin B loss through the kidneys) and was deficient in vitamin D. These deficiencies were easy to manage with zinc, P5P, B6, magnesium and vitamin D supplementation. We have always found Laura to be intelligent, effective and good with our son. Another reason we left Pfeiffer was cost. Lower cost orthomolecular treatment was a key reason Laura established Wyndgate Health. Laura is one of the best around, see’s seen it all and is very clear on what can be done and what can't. (Anxiety, OCD)

Client I: “There is Wyndgate Health and there are answers.” was diagnosed with bipolar in 2005 and was put on blind mix of psychotropic medications. After my second hospitalization in 2006 I knew I needed to do something more than take medication. First I eliminated alcohol completely. Second I renewed efforts to exercise regularly. Then I tried other approaches like acupuncture, Reiki, talk therapy, a life coach, journaling, volunteering and making deliberate plans to keep these scheduled regularly. I began to hear the role diet can play in optimizing mental health so I begin working with two different nutritionists. After a year of collaboration one of the nutritionists guided me to Wyndgate Health to go to the next level, with the suggestion that I get some specific testing done to see what deficiencies my body might be battling with. Wyndgate Health has paved the way for me to feel that I am following advice based on targeted, accurate testing and trusted results. Knowing that there is scientific information to support the use of compounded nutritional supplements tailored to meet my specific needs helps me to feel more confident in my overall program. For me there is now much more available than just taking blind mix of medication that I hope will do the job. (Bipolar Depression)
